Assists in performance of routine administrative duties which includes preparing various personnel forms and answering questions regarding department policies and procedures. Responsible for coordinating a variety of department activities, schedules, answering telephone, ordering supplies, and taking messages.
Full-time, Day Shift
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay Grade: NE
Two years of college, business school, or equivalent experience required and at least three years of administrative support experience is required.
Requires analytical ability to gather data, analyze budget reports, generate monthly reports, and interpret department policies and procedures.
-Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
-Ability to display industriousness, conscientiousness and diligence in performing tasks.
-Ability to meet or exceed standards for major responsibilities of objectives on time or ahead of schedule.
-Requires keyboard and Microsoft Office skills and must pass competency assessment
-Requires an excellent command of English grammar and spelling usage.
-Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with Hospital administration and staff, as well as to handle confidential and sensitive information.
